Frequently Asked Questions

  • Why is the product line so small?

We make products that serve a practical purpose when it comes to alleviating the mental and physical effects of living with an invisible illness. We don’t chase trends, we don’t make products that are cute but laced with toxins or harmful ingredients. We focus on the specific products that are needed to provide you with the ultimate bath or shower; turns out that you really don’t need that many.

  • I left my body polish open in the shower and now it’s a jar of brown sludge. What happened?

Your scrub dissolved. Our body polishes are made with organic brown sugar, which dissolves upon contact with water. Close your scrub tightly after each use to preserve it.

  • Why is my body polish so hard?

Our mix of hard oils and brown sugar hardens as it sits. No worries! Just wet your fingers a bit and break up the surface of the scrub which will reveal a moist texture underneath.

  • How can I get the salt in the soaking salts to stop scratching my skin when I’m in the bath?

Make sure you allow the soaking salts to completely dissolve in the water before entering. Pour the desired amount into a tub full of warm or hot water, you can also swirl the water with your hand to help them dissolve faster.
