Returns and Exchanges

Due to the nature of our products and sanitary concerns, we are unable to accept returns or exchange UNLESS there was a mistake on the part of HourXHour Bath Co. In that case, HourXHour Bath Co will cover all shipping costs.

If your items are damaged during transit, please email contact@hxhbath.com and a replacement can be provided.

You will be required to provide a picture of the damaged item and packaging, as well as proof of purchase. It is up to our discretion on whether to accept claims of damage items. You will be contacted via email on the status of your replacement acceptance or rejection.

HourXHour is not responsible for lost or damage packages after they leave our facility. Please contact the respective carrier.
