Returns, Exchanges and Refunds


Due to the nature of our products, sanitary concerns and health regulations, we are unable to accept returns or exchange on most items UNLESS there was a mistake on the part of Hour X Hour Bath Co. In that case, Hour X Hour Bath Co will cover all shipping costs.


Products must be in original packaging, with all shrink wrap safety seals and labels intact. Once the items are received Hour X Hour Bath Co will review them and determine if they meet the requirements for an exchange and the customer will be notified via the email address on file.

Customer is responsible for return shipping costs as well as the cost to ship the new items.
