Orders are accepted 24 hours a day, 7 days a week and are shipped Monday-Friday, excluding Holidays.
Orders stop being processed Friday at 3:30 and resume Monday at 8 am.Orders placed after 2:30 pm Friday will be processed the next business day.
For items that are in stock, they are shipped within 5-7 business days, depending on our workload. During the holiday season, processing times can take up to 10 business days due to the high influx of orders.
Orders that contain a different shipping address from the billing address or any other suspicious activity will be subject to review and will not be shipped until we are able to get in contact with the customer. We will try to contact you for 2 business days, after which the order will be canceled and you will be notified via writing.
Also, our system tracks your IP address so orders placed at a IP location that is different from the billing address are subject to review, in which the customer will be contacted.
We currently ship using USPS. USPS Shipping Rates are based on your shipping address and the weight of your order. Depending on the weight of your order, your package will be sent via First Class Package or Priority Mail. We offer a free shipping calculator to help you foresee the costs of shipping.
Please note that Hour X Hour does not profit off of shipping. The cost we charge you is what it costs us to ship your items. Out rates are as reasonable as we have been able to negotiate.
USPS Priority transit times vary per state but typically deliver within 2-3 business days. During the busy fall/holiday season, and severe weather USPS may experience delays that are out of our control.
We currently do not offer international shipping.
We ensure that all packages are properly packed and secured when they leave our facility. While we are not responsible for packages damaged by delivery services, we are happy to work with you to solve any issues. Please send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org including your order number and pictures of the damaged packaged.
Please be aware that we are not responsible for packages that have been marked as delivered but its appears the package may have actually been stolen.
Please contact us within 24 - 48 hours if you receive confirmation that your order is delivered but do not receive package.
There are also instances where USPS is holding the package for pickup but incorrectly marks and does not leave a notice. Check with your local Post Office to see if they are actually holding your package for pickup. Unfortunately, USPS may not allow you to file a claim as they have fulfilled their duty to deliver the package. You will need to file a complaint with the US Postal Inspector that investigates mail theft and file a police report with your local police department to notify them of the theft.
Shipping ConfirmationsYou are able to opt in to signature required for large orders over $65 for no extra cost to you. This means a signature confirmation at the time of delivery will be required. If a signature is required, expect USPS to leave a notice of attempted delivery on your door or mailbox if you miss your package. Please make arrangements to retrieve your package from your local post office where it should be held.
We do not currently ship to APO/FPO adresses
We are not responsible for packages that are delivered to a wrong address due to an incorrect or incomplete shipping address provided by the customer.
Please email us immediately once you discover the wrong address has been provided. We are able to update incorrect addresses before packages are shipped out but after they leave our facility their is nothing that can be done on our end.
You are responsible for the shipping costs associated with re-sending the package if it's marked by USPS as not deliverable / return to sender.
If you discover that your package has the wrong address on it after it has been shipped please contact the carrier to attempt and interception.
