Shipping policy

Standard processing times for retail orders with in stock items are 3 - 5
business days.

Standard processing times for out of stock items are 10 - 14 business days

Custom orders, bulk orders and wholesale orders have custom processing time, please refer to the contract provided to you.

Orders are processed Monday - Friday from 8am - 3 pm PST time. Orders placed after 3pm, on weekends and holidays will be processed the next business day.

We are a small team that works diligently to get orders out as quickly as possible.

Refund policy

Returns and Exchanges

We understand that purchasing a product from a business is an investment and we appreciate your support. Below, you will find what we hope is a sensible and easy 14 day return policy.

  • The 14 day return window begins the day the shipping provider marks package as delivered
  • In cases of damaged or broken products, a full refund for the cost of the item(s), minus shipping, will be refunded back to the original payment method within 48 hours of notification and receipt of proof of damage.
  • All returns not related to damaged or broken merchandise will be issued store credit and the customer is responsible for shipping cost.

We offer two type of refunds, both issued as store credit: full and partial. Partial refunds receive 50% of the cost of the item.

Items that qualify for a full refund:

  • Unused body products
  • Items received damaged or broken
  • Wrong item received

Items that qualify for a partial refund:

  • Items from seasonal or limited edition collections - used or unused
  • Candles that have been previously burned
  • Used body products that have at least 50% of product remaining

Items that DO NOT qualify for a refund:

  • Mini sizes of any item
  • Items that have less than 50% of product remaining
  • Burned candles
  • Free items that were included in a purchased order
  • Items purchased in person at vendor markets
  • Boxes or gift sets
  • Items sent back to Hour X Hour Bath Co and received damaged or broken
  • Clearance items

Refunds and store credits can only be issued to the purchaser. Unfortunately, we can not make exceptions.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Once your package leaves our warehouse and is in the custody of the shipping carrier they are responsible for it. Once the package has been marked as delivered by the shipping carrier, the customer is responsible. Unfortunately, Hour X Hour Bath Co is unable to replace lost or stolen packages. If your package is lost or stolen during transit or delivery you are able to file a claim with the shipping provider. Please visit their website and follow the appropriate steps for filing your claim.
